A.. Registration guide in the congress; B.. Acommodation and Meal Request; C.. Workshop Registration

A. For registration in the congress website and the congress, Please:

1. Click on the “Register” button on the top right corner of the page.

2. Complete request information and then click on the “Save” button at the bottom of the page. In the section “Registration type”, choose the desired one and then upload the required documents (A photo less than 200Kb in JPG format, of your student identity card and both sides of ASI membership card, not your personal photo). The photos can be merged in one file and uploaded.

3. An email will be sent you including your ID and password. According to the documents uploaded, the registration is confirmed or isn’t confirmed by the manager.

4. Login to the congress website and click on the “Congress Registration”:

5. If your registration is confirmed, you will be able to pay the fee and register in the congress. Choose the right currency (Rials or Euros) and then click on the “Save” button at the bottom of the page:

   8. Pay the registration fee to:

IMPORTANT NOTE: Non-Iranian attendees who are not able to pay registration fee because of problem in bank transfer, please write to saboori@ut.ac.ir with subject "Registration fee".

 Then click on “Browse” and choose a scan of the bank receipt (less than 300Kb in JPG format), and then click on “Continue”:

  9. The result will be sent you by email. Check your email regularly.

B. Accommodation and Meal Request

1. Accommodation (student dormitories) and/or congress meal:

The participants of the 3rd International Persian Congress of Acarology who are going to use on-campus (the congress venue) accommodations* and/or reserve the meals are requested to fill out this FORM and send it (subject: Accommodation and Meal Request Form) to the email address ipca@acarology.ir up to July 15, 2017.

* This form is only for University of Tehran accommodation. For other accommodation, please call them.

A scan of the bank deposit receipt (size less than 200 Kb, in JPG format and 300dpi resolution) should be inserted at the end of the form in the last page. The receipt will be asked when you come to attend the congress.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Non-Iranian attendees who are not able to pay these fees because of problem in bank transfer, please write to ipca@acarology.ir with subject "Accommodation and Meal fees".
