Abstract |
This study was comprehensively presented as a book in Persian, with the title: Identification guide for predatory mites of the superfamily Raphignathoidea of Iran, which published in late 2020. Newly published species are also added. Therefore, the total number of species reported from Iran reaches to 227 species belonging to 26 genera in seven families. The number of raphignathoid mite species known from Iran are as follows: Barbutiidae: Genus Barbutia (4 species); Caligonellidae: Genus Caligonella (5 species), Genus Coptocheles (1 species), Genus Molothrognathus (12 species), Genus Neognathus (7 species), Genus Paraneognathus (3 species); Camerobiidae: Genus Neophyllobius (17 species), Genus Tycherobius (6 species); Cryptognathidae: Genus Cryptognathus (4 species), Genus Favognathus (16 species); Eupalopsellidae: Genus Eupalopsellus (8 species); Raphignathidae: Genus Raphignathus (29 species); Stigmaeidae: Genus Agistemus (5 species), Genus Cheylostigmaeus (9 species), Genus Eryngiopus (9 species), Genus Eustigmaeus (20 species), Genus Ledermuelleriopsis (12 species), Genus Mediolata (1 species), Parastigmaeus (2 species), Genus Prostigmaeus (2 species), Genus Stigmaeus (46 species), Genus Storchia (6 species), Genus Zetzellia (3 species). |
